My first project was to lead the design direction, branding, and website development for their new internal VC firm, Future Back Ventures, funding companies of ex-Bainies.
Speaking directly with the founders and Bain consultants, I strategized brand positioning, UX/UI design, how to scale assets over time, and continued guidance to new consultants entering FBV on the brand and creative ops.
Pyxis
Post-launch, I revitalized Pyxis, an acquired data analytics company, by refining its branding, designing the UX & UI of their website, and creating key sales templates to streamline content development. Currently, I am revamping the UX & UI of their analytics platform.
